Add Leak Test to Existing Pallet System
Customer wanted to improve quality of existing product by adding a second leak test.

Upgrade AMi Chassis with New Tooling
Customer had an AMi chassis which had been running for over 20 years. We rebuilt the chassis and provided new improved standard tooling. We also added some new stations to the machine. When we received the chassis the efficiency was 70%. When the machine shipped it was running at over 95% uptime and a machine induced scrap rate of less than .5%.
