Project Description

Designed and built three (3)  non-synchronous custom assembly dials (30 station, 18 station, and 36 station). Sub-assemblies were transferred to the next dial via puck-shuttle system, which provided a queue of parts for the next machine.  Cycle time was 4 seconds or fifteen (15) parts per minute.  Processes included robotic integration, resistance testing, vision inspection, tray loading/unloading, and handling of very small and intricate parts.
