Project Description

Designed and built a twenty four (24) station AMi rotary dial machine to assemble two (2) styles of bearings.  Cycle time on this system was 1.5 seconds or  forty (40) parts per minute.  Processes included vision system integration, dimension inspection, spin test, radial test, axial test, grease dispense and orbital rivet.
